Exhibition view, Machines à l'œuvre, 2024. Crédits photo : Gabriel de la ChapelleOut of Pluto is responsible for setting up the exhibition Machines at work on the Lille campus of the Université Gustave Eiffel.

Machines at work presents original works by four international artists: Anthony Baillard, Kazushi Mukaiyama, Gaëtan Robillard and Patrick Tresset, in an encounter between art, engineering, artificial intelligence and robotics.
The machines that bring each work to life are at the heart of the show. They produce movement, numbers, drawings and manga, with the help of several Artificial Intelligences (AI). Beyond what is visible, the public will be able to guess and discover the way in which a multitude of processes act and move. In addition, the Refutation game will be presented and made available for the whole duration of the exhibition.
